Stage Managing My First NBA Game!

What an adventure this experience was!

I’m incredibly grateful to my amazing boss, Ashley Behabetz, M.A., for trusting me with the opportunity to stage manage a few Spurs games for the first time. It has been hectic, challenging, and honestly—one of the most rewarding experiences of my career so far.

Taking on this role pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me a lot about how I perform under pressure. While I felt confident in the in-game flow of putting on a show, it was the pregame—those intense 45 minutes leading up to tip-off—that tested me most. The stress, the adrenaline, the precision… all of it combined into some of the most exhilarating moments I’ve experienced.

At the end of the day, I walked away with more confidence in my ability to take on bigger roles, and I’m excited to keep growing as the Spurs season wraps up and we shift into full swing with the San Antonio FC!
